Lifetime Repair Service
After 1 years (or if no proof of purchase is available), we continue to support you by offering repairs for the lifetime of your piece for a small fee.
You can initiate a repair request by contacting our customer service team, and we will provide guidance on the next steps, including any applicable repair fees.

Repairing Your Jewelry
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, which can sometimes lead to damage. Where possible, we will repair your item and return it in like-new condition. If it is beyond repair and still within the 1-year warranty, we will offer a direct replacement or store credit.
Note: The 1-Year Warranty and Lifetime Repair Service do not apply to items purchased during sample sales or clearance events.
